Every shift makes a difference. The Phambassador Rewards Passport recognizes the time, energy, and Philly pride you bring to welcoming visitors and supporting communities throughout Philadelphia.

The program is based on one simple measure: verified volunteer hours recorded in Join The Phorce. As your hours grow, you will reach new reward levels and become eligible for merchandise discounts, special prizes, attraction passes, gift cards, and volunteer recognition opportunities.

This special recognition discount is intended to thank and recognize Phambassadors who have volunteered and supported the program from the launch of Join The Phorce through August 31, 2026. All verified volunteer hours recorded in Join The Phorce during this period will count toward determining each volunteer’s eligible discount level under the Phambassador Reward Program. Phambassadors will be notified in early September with their Reward Level and discount. Once earned, the applicable discount will remain valid through December 31, 2026, as a recognition of your service, commitment, and impact in welcoming visitors and supporting Philadelphia this past summer.

Reward Levels For Summer 2026 Volunteers

• Bronze Reward – 15 Hours
  • Complete 15 verified volunteer hours.
  • Reward: One-time 10% discount on participating Visitor Center merchandise.
• Silver Reward – 25 Hours
  • Complete 25 verified volunteer hours.
  • Reward: One-time 15% discount on participating Visitor Center merchandise.
• Gold Reward – 40 Hours
  • Complete 40 verified volunteer hours.
  • Reward: One-time 20% discount on participating Visitor Center merchandise.
• Philly Pride Reward – 55 Hours
  • Complete 55 verified volunteer hours.
  • Reward: One-time 25% discount on participating Visitor Center merchandise.

Special Prizes and Recognition

In addition to the summer 2026 merchandise discounts, active Phambassadors will earn raffle entries for special prizes and recognition throughout the remainder of the year, including:

• Gift cards to local restaurants, cafés, and retailers
• Museum, attraction, and historic-site passes
• Tickets to sporting events, concerts, festivals, or performances
• Philadelphia and Phambassador merchandise
• Dining or transportation vouchers
• Invitations to appreciation events and special experiences
• Behind-the-scenes tours and event previews
• Volunteer milestone certificates, pins, or badges
• Recognition in newsletters, social media, or program communications

Special prizes will vary based on availability, sponsorships, community partnerships, and program resources.

Bonus Opportunities

Certain volunteer opportunities may include an additional prize-drawing entry. These may include:

• High-need or difficult-to-fill shifts
• Evening, weekend, or holiday assignments
• Major events and special activations
• Last-minute opportunities
• Service at multiple Visitor Center locations
• Consistent attendance and participation
• Referring a new Phambassador who completes training and a verified shift

Any bonus eligibility will be clearly identified in the volunteer opportunity or program communication.

How the Program Works

1. Sign in when your shift begins and sign out when your service is complete.
2. Record your volunteer hours, impact, and reflections in Join The Phorce.
3. Make sure your service hours are verified.
4. Program staff will review volunteer-hour reports regularly.
5. When you reach a reward level, you will receive an email or digital reward notification.
6. Present the reward confirmation and identification at a participating Visitor Center retail location.
7. Your reward will be marked as redeemed after it is used.

Important Guidelines

• Only verified volunteer hours recorded in Join The Phorce count toward rewards.
• Phambassadors must be active and in good standing.
• Rewards are issued to the volunteer who earned them and are not transferable.
• Each merchandise discount is valid for one transaction.
• Discounts are available only at participating Visitor Center retail locations.
• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically approved.
• Discounts may not apply to gift cards, tickets, consignment products, or other restricted merchandise.
• Rewards generally expire 30 days after they are issued.
• Rewards and discounts have no cash value.
• Returned merchandise does not automatically result in a replacement reward.
• Prizes and program offerings are subject to availability and may change.

How to View Your Total Volunteer Impact Hours in Join The Phorce

1. Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
2. Select Dashboard from the dropdown menu.

• Impacts – the total number of impacts you have reported
• Hours – the total number of hours you have reported
• Groups – organizations or groups you have engaged with

• Recognize your volunteer service
• Track your individual contribution
