The crisp air’s right around the corner with leaves beginning to turn🍂, fall in Philly is finally upon us. We have the classic pumpkin🎃 decorating at fall festivals and cool, spooky👻 nights to enjoy night markets. Phambassadors have lots of tricks – or mostly treats – for the Pham coming up.
You know it and we love it. Parks on Tap is still traveling around the streets of Philadelphia bringing drinks and fun for all. Swing by for brews, bites, chill vibes, and a chance to hang with your Pham in the city’s green spaces.
2025 Germantown Revolutionary Festival- October 4
Travel back into history with costumed characters, live music, local food, and reenactments of the Battle of Germantown. You’ll be able to hear and learn stories you did not get to learn about in history class. For you non-history buffs, you can still have fun, chat, and enjoy the festival.

Feeling behind or overwhelmed for next year? PRSA is hosting a powerhouse meeting of panelists who are ready to tell you how they are preparing for 2026 and what you should know to prepare yourself.

Wingohocking Neighbors Day – October 11
Come out to West Wingohocking Street to enjoy live music, great food, and to learn more about the resources the community provides. This year Wingohocking Neighbors’ day is honoring the legacy of LGP Qua by passing the mic to the next generation of community leaders.

Oh this is a good one you do not want to miss. We are offering an exclusive sneak preview into Philadelphia’s encyclopedia where you will hear from Charlene Mires. She is a longtime leader of the Encyclopedia of Greater Philadelphia and co-editor of Greater Philadelphia and the Nation, who will shed light on the history, significance, and untold stories behind past commemorations like the 1876 Centennial exhibition and the 1913 Pennsylvania Emancipation Exposition

2. FIFA Volunteer Center Grand Opening
Join us in celebrating the grand opening of FIFA’s volunteer center at the Fashion District. This is going to be the main hub for all the volunteers in regards to the FIFA World Cup coming up in 2026. Come celebrate with live dj’s, games, prizes, and more.
3. Castor and Hellerman farmers market
Nothing quite beats fresh, local produce. Come check us out at the Castor and Hellerman Farmers market to get great finds and meet local vendors. Stop by before this market winds down at the end of the month.
There is no better way to spend fall than with a classic fall festival. A day with arts, music, food, pumpkin decorating, and community in the scenic East Falls neighborhood. This family friendly event is the epitome of a fall hang.
Calling all ghouls and goblins to bring their families to our trunks of treats. C’mon who doesn’t love candy? Come by Mother Bethel Church and take part in the Halloween fun with us in the (not too spooky) historic district where maybe you’ll spot a few friendly ghosts.

Head of Schuylkill Regatta – Pop Up Visitor Center
Love some good competition? The Schuylkill River has built a reputation of being the “home of American rowing”. Thus, the Head of Schuylkill Regatta is known to be one of the most competitive rowing competitions in the world. You will not want to miss out on this because we are also hosting a Pop-up Visitor Center there for the 30,000 visitors expected to come. Help us share your excitement for Philadelphia with all these newcomers and show’em what Philly is really about.
