This January, the Philadelphia Visitor Center will kick off its “Philly Phundamentals” series – virtually.🧑‍💻 Held every second Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m., Phambassadors can expand their Philly knowledge throughout the year.

Each session will spotlight a Philly-focused topic—think culture, history, neighborhoods, food, arts, sports, and the stories shaping the city right now. Designed to be engaging and accessible, these webinars are perfect for anyone who wants to deepen their local expertise without leaving home.

Meeting New & Old Phams at Monthly Happy Hours 🍹

Phambassadors will gather every fourthThursday of the month for a rotating Phambassador Happy Hour, each hosted in a different Philadelphia neighborhood.🍴

This monthly tradition is all about exploring the city beyond our usual routes—supporting local businesses, discovering hidden gems, and experiencing Philly one neighborhood at a time. Whether it’s a cozy bar in Northwest Philly, a buzzy new spot along the river, or a longtime favorite in South Philly, each happy hour will offer a fresh setting and a relaxed way to connect with fellow Phambassadors – and don’t forget we will always offer an exclusive Pham discount.

Part of being a Phambassador is showing up for your city in a variety of ways. One of them is volunteering – and we will have plenty of opportunities for 2026.
